Every plant comes with a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't survive under proper care within 30 days, we'll replace it free of charge. We provide detailed care instructions with every purchase—if you follow them and still have issues, we're here to help troubleshoot.
In-home design consultations are $150 for the initial visit (includes up to 2 hours and 3 room designs). If you purchase plants and styling through our service, we credit $75 of that fee toward your order. Office consultations are priced separately based on square footage.
